  2. Refunds: If a cancellation request is approved, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Exceptions: Certain products or services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for the original delivery. Refunds will not include these shipping charges.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is received damaged or defective, the customer should contact customer support within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost to the customer or a full refund will be issued.
  6. Applicable Law: This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
